Cross Creek Tack Shop ships via USPS/FedEx throughout the 48 contiguous United States. Our shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the shipping method you select as well as the items in your shopping cart. To find out the shipping costs or to compare prices simply add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Input your shipping address and select the desired method! As always, shipping is FREE for all orders over $99! If you need your order any faster, please call customer service to have your order expedited. All orders are subject to a 24-48 hour business day processing time. Expedited or Air shipping may not decrease your order processing time. It will decrease your order's transit time once it has left our warehouse. If you need your order within a certain time frame, please call our customer service department with the item and we will let you know if we can deliver by your required date.
Cross Creek Tack Shop Return Policy
Merchandise purchased through our website can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and assumes the risk of loss, so we always recommend using a reputable carrier and opting for a tracking number. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. If an item is returned for a refund, we will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order. If an item is returned for an exchange, we will ship you the new item with economy shipping unless other arrangements are made. In order to get your exchange faster, you can place a new order for the item that you want and return the item you do not want for a refund. This also ensures that we are less likely to sell out of the item you want before your return is received.

Due to dealer agreement restrictions, Cross Creek Tack Shop does not ship internationally. All orders must be shipped to a U.S, Puerto Rico, or APO address. If you would like to place an order using an international credit card and have it shipped within the U.S, please call or e-mail us so that we can assist you with your order.

We match competitorís pricing at our discretion. The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the productís brand. This is important because most vendors require that an item be purchased from an authorized retailer for any product warranty to be honored. Cross Creek Tack Shop is an authorized retailer for all brands that we sell. In addition, the item that we are matching must be in stock in the same style, season, size, and color and be available for purchase on the website. The price match must be completed at the time of purchase. A price match cannot be combined with any other special offers.

If a problem arises during use of your product, it may be eligible for repair or replacement under its manufacturer warranty. Every brandís warranty policy is different, and is usually listed on their website. Some manufacturers prefer that you send the product directly to them, and others require that you first return it to us. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us, and then we will forward it to the vendor on your behalf. Please keep in mind that most manufacturers only cover specific defects in workmanship, not damage caused by wear and tear, and we must defer to the decision of the vendor.
